HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

We have partnered with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with those couriers.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way (you can track your order directly on our website)  :)

We process all orders within 1-5 business days. If for any reason you haven't received a tracking code after that time frame, please email us and we will send it over.

Note: We will ship to the exact address you put in as your shipping address. We are not responsible if you put in the wrong address. If you're lucky enough to email us before your order is processed, we'll happily changed it. If it has been processed already, there's nothing we can do. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN SOMETHING?

Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final. If your product is damaged or has any issues, we will do a return. We require you to first send us a picture (or video if needed) showing the damage and upon inspection we will tell you whether it fits our criteria for return. If approved we will ask you to send the product back to us. Once received we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
